April 19-21, students in grades 1-10 will be taking standardized tests. These national tests are an important part of your child’s assessment. We ask that you make sure your child is well-rested and eats a good breakfast each morning. Students will not be allowed to purchase chips or sweets from the office; therefore, we request that you provide a healthy snack or purchase one from Mr. Lindner in the lunchroom. It is also very important that your child arrive on time. Once testing begins, students who are tardy will be unable to enter the classroom until a break in testing occurs.

May 8-12 is also an important week. Students in all grades will be taking their final tests of the year. Exams for students in grades 7-12 will begin Wednesday, May 10th which will be a full day and the last day for aftercare. May 11, 12, and 15 will be half days with grades K-6 dismissing at 11:00. Grades 7-12 will dismiss at 11:30. May 16 will be Award’s Day. The program will begin at 9:30 and students will be dismissed at the conclusion of the program.
